She has been named as the Southern Highlands Community Foundation's (SHCF) latest Highlands Hero.
The newest hero was nominated for her work with the Hill Top Community Association (HTCA), and her years of dedication to enhancing community well-being and a sense of vibrancy in the village.
"We are continually looking for ways to make our village an even better place to live, work and thrive," Ms Davis said.

"We believe in the power of collaboration and community engagement, and we are always amazed by what can be achieved with a bit of hard work and dedication."
The award recognises and celebrates volunteers who work tirelessly towards their chosen cause, and are awarded $5000 grants for their organisations.
One key project with the HTCA has been the beautification of the village.
This has included the addition of trees to line the streets, information signs at the village entrance, wall murals at Boronia Park, the Village Store and the Rural Fire Service shed.
There have also been upgrades to Federation Park.
"Sonnya and the HTCA are a wonderful example of the impact that a grass roots community organisation can have," SHCF chair Nicole Smith said.
"Led by people who are so invested and passionate about their community, their work has real long-lasting impact, elevating people's pride in where they live."
Nominations for the award are open all year.
Not-for-profit organisations are encouraged to put forward volunteers who contribute to their organisation and its services, and have not sought recognition or acclamation.
