The Highlands Heroes is a new reward by the foundation that aims to recognise the efforts of people for different causes.
It was established to mark the not-for-profit organisation's 21st birthday.
Five heroes will be named in 2023, and the nominations for the first one close on April 21.

The winners will be given $5000 for their organisation, and do not have to be leaders in a group to be nominated.
