PepperGreen Estate's extra virgin olive oil has received gold at the Australian International Olive Awards.
The awards judge extra virgin and flavoured olive oils, as well as table olives from Australia, Argentina, Chile, China, Greece, Italy, Lebanon, Egypt, New Zealand, North America and Spain.
"We are so excited to have been awarded Gold for our Extra Virgin Olive Oil," PepperGreen Estate marketing and brand ambassador Jewel Brown said.
"We're very proud of our olive grove team's efforts in producing such a premium extra virgin olive oil and we invite everyone to come to our tasting room in Berrima to try our new extra virgin olive oil tasting experience or order a bottle online before it's sold out!"
It scored 90 out of 100 points, and the judges praised its "lingering flavoursome length", and that it was "well balanced, complex, and harmonious".
