Named as a finalist in 2021 and awarded silver in 2022, co-owner Amanda Barnes was "so excited" and "ridiculously beside" herself when the business was named as the winner.
"I always said to my husband if there is one I want to get, it is gold," she said.
"I'm still in shock, it's so hard to get."
The win means the business is then entered in the Qantas Australian Tourism Award, which will be held in Darwin in March, 2024, which judges all of the state winners across the categories.
The business owner said it was the opportunity to "represent NSW" and champion the Macarthur region.

Businesses in the area play an integral role to Kalinya Estate because they are recommended as suppliers when people stay in Bargo, and only locals are hired there.
"It's a really big deal to say as a little town of people, we can achieve great things," she said.
"It's a great win for the community."
The national exposure would also put Kalinya on the "world stage" to international visitors, the business owner said.
Many foreigners have enquired about the property when it has appeared on the show Married at First Sight.
The main estate and the iconic giant checkerboard have been easily recognised when the reality show has hosted its infamous couples' retreat there year after year.
"To stand on the state stage and Australian stage, that catapults us to the international market," she said.
