A spotlight on local talent
This Highland FM concert aims to celebrate local artists. Listen to Darren Powell, Cedar Newman and the J and B Troubadours on Saturday, November 18 from 6pm, at the Bowral Bowling Club. Tickets are $27.78 for general entry, $54.26 for a table for two people, $107.19 for four, $160.14 for six, $213.08 for eight and $266.03 for a table of 10. Buy them through Eventbrite.
A Vicar of Dibley Christmas
A festive show
The Highlands Theatre group will deliver a show where Vicar and her beloved sidekicks are back to make everyone laugh. Watch the shows at the Bowral Memorial Hall on November 18, 19, 24, 25 and 26 with different shows at 2pm to 4pm and 7.30pm to 10pm. Tickets are $38.50 for adults and $33 for concession holders. Frensham Iris Country Fair
This weekend
This classic country fair has something for everyone. Expect rides, live entertainment, cupcake decorating, face painting, food and shopping stalls, a raffle and more. Enjoy it all at Frensham on Saturday, November 18 from 9am to 4pm.
Berrima Singers - Excelsis
Music to one's ears
Dr Carlos Alvarado will conduct the Berrima Singers as they bring compositions by Vivaldi, Verdi and Dvorak to life, with the addition of guest soloists. Listen to it all on Saturday, November 18 at St Jude's in Bowral, at 3pm. Tickets are $35 per person and $30 for concession holders, and also includes supper. Purchase them through Humantix.
New Dog Old Tricks
Lots to see
Ten artists have come together to imagine dogs as key to other worlds, as they have been human companions for centuries. See it all at Ngununggula gallery from Saturday, November 18. It is open daily from 10am to 4pm.
Harper's Mansion Open Days
This weekend
Come and explore the gardens, or have a picnic at this historic mansion in Berrima. Harper's Mansion is open on Saturday, November 18, and Sunday, November 19. Tickets: $44.67 for two adults and two kids, $16.59 for people aged 16 and above, $13.47 for children between five and 15 years old and concession holders, and kids under five have free entry. They can be bought via Eventbrite.
Bundanoon Makers Market
Lots to see
Discover fresh produce, arts, and more at this market. Head to Bundanoon Public School on Sunday, October 15 from 8.30am to 2pm. Entry is free.
Textura
Craftsmanship on display
Graduates from Sturt's furniture school will present their pieces in this exhibition. There will be a formal graduation ceremony at Frensham's Clubbe Hall at 11am on Sunday, November 19, followed by a celebration from 12pm at the Sturt gallery. All are welcome to attend. People can see the exhibition daily from 10am to 5pm until Sunday, December 3.
Moss Vale Showground Market
A fun Sunday
Wander through stalls and enjoy a plethora of treats, artisan products, breads, pastries, coffee and more, all while listening to love music. The miniature trains will also operate and people can bring picnic blankets and sit back and relax. Enjoy it all at the Moss Vale Showground on Sunday, November 19 from 9am to 2pm.
Exhibitions at The SHAC in Robertson

The SHAC has officially opened on Hoddle Street in Robertson, with three artists to see. See landscapes by Phillip Russell, and animals and nature by Stephanie Tetu and Penny Simons. See it all every Thursday to Sunday from 10am to 4pm.
