Regular viewers of the reality show will recognise the manicured lawns, giant chess board and fire pit as a familiar backdrop for the retreat, which has been hosted there since 2021.
The getaway, which is renowned for drama-filled moments, also gives brides and grooms the chance to unwind outside of their Sydney apartments.
The first night aired on March 6, and the retreat will continue to be shown this week.
Co-owner and clinical psychologist Amanda Barnes, said the footage shown so far was the best she has seen, which showcased the beauty of the estate.
"There were beautiful flyover shots, it was lovely," she said.
"When it to air, I was like 'wow'.
"They showed a lot of wide angles going around the gardens."
Other times gems in the region have appeared on MAFS:
Ms Barnes said there was great weather when it was filmed in October, which meant couples had the chance to utilise the tennis court, hot tub, pool, play games and explore.
She said all of the contestants "were really lovely and had a ball", and despite the drama, it was great to see couples enjoying themselves.
One highlight after watching the first episode was everyone's excitement when entering the estate, and running around in search of the best bedroom.
Since it has aired, she and her husband Chris, who she owns the five-star venue with, have been receiving calls non-stop.
The business' Instagram account also gained about 600 additional followers in the span of 10 minutes, she said.
While the national exposure had a positive impact on the business, there was another motivator to why the show was filmed there again.
"The reason for me doing it again is seeing [it is] such a huge benefit to the community," she said.
"On the back of the floods, tourism brings so much to the areas."
Married at First Sight continues at 7.30pm on Tuesday and Wednesday, and 7pm Sunday on Channel Nine, and 9Now.
