The Angels in Our Town event is coming back on December 2, with a parade along Bong Bong Street in Bowral.
The event, which is in partnership with council, aims to shine a spotlight on the unsung heroes in the region who make a big difference, when people in the community need it most.
"It's a rare and exciting occasion to see so many of our hidden-away angels gathered together," said organiser Antoinette Sampson.
The first parade took place in 2022, where Ms Sampson said first responders who were initially reluctant about it, were moved by the event.
"Having so many take part in our street parade will be a powerful reminder, in times when many feel overwhelmed, that we are not alone," she said.
"For the community to rally around the Angels in Our Town in this way does so much to uplift our collective spirits!"
Members of the Rural Fire Service, State Emergency Services, paramedics, Red Cross, Country Women's Association, Oz Harvest, teachers, medical workers, police and many others will join the event.
Hundreds of local children dressed as angels will lead the parade, and hand out small messages of hope and kindness to community members along Bong Bong Street.
The parade will start at 7pm and there will be a free family friendly concert in the Corbett Gardens from 7.30pm.
People are invited to bring a picnic blanket to the concert to celebrate.
