Two people have died following a single-vehicle crash in the state's south.

At around 8pm on Friday, September 8, emergency services were called to Eridge Park Road, Burradoo, following reports of a sedan crashing into a telegraph pole.

Officers attached to The Hume Police District attended and found the driver and passenger of the sedan - two men in their 30's - died at the scene.
A crime scene has been established and an investigation is underway into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
