Anytime Fitness Bowral will be participating in a fund raising event called Tread as One R U OK? on Friday October 28, 2022.
Every year 65000 Australians attempt to take their life.
Club manager Belinda O'Brian said all money raised on the day would go directly to supporting R U OK?
"Emergency services and the general public have been invited to be sponsored to walk on treadmills," she said.
"We are taking donations from now.
"Each donation gives donors a chance to win from a great prize pool we have in place.
"On the day there will be a food truck we will be selling cupcakes treadmill walking by emergency services as well as sponsored members and non members.
"Non members are welcome to attend and use the gym on the day for a donation."
