The ceramics business from Exeter was selected from more than 100 entries for this year's Uncovered program, at the iconic landmark.
The aim of the initiative is to champion artisans and creators across the country to be sold inside the Opera House.
It was unveiled in-person, and online on September 13.
Sydney-based photography, print and art business fromBIGthings and soap maker Mwerre Soap and Skin from Central Australia were also chosen.
"It feels amazing," said Elph Ceramics co-founder and industrial designer Sophie Rankine.
"When you think about anything iconic in Australia, the first thing that comes to mind is the Opera House."
Entrants had to describe how their products connected to Australia, or the Opera House, and submit one, or a variety of items that showcased their best work and values.
When people make their way to the Opera House or shop online and search for Elph Ceramics, they will find medium-sized, small, and extra small bottle vases and bud vases in three different colours.
For Ms Rankine, when the vases were brought together, their shapes reminded her of the renowned landmark, and its tiles are also made from clay.
Opera House general manager of tours, retail and projects Nicky Brandon said it was the first business in the region included in the program.
"[It's] lovely to have a piece of the Highlands in store, and [a] connection with people across the country," she said.
Ms Rankine founded the business with her sister and potter Eloise Rankine, with the desire to make timeless ands minimalist pieces.
Sustainable practices are also at the heart of the Exeter brand's ethos, where items are made from Australian-made clay, with harvested rainwater with solar panels on the studio's roof.
They made their way to the Highlands in 2020 after years of being in the hustle and bustle of Sydney.
Ms Brandon said the business' sustainable approach stood out during the application process, as well as the connection with the Opera House.
