The Lions have been quick to secure players ahead of what is expected to be a highly competitive first season of the new Macarthur Conference.
Newly appointed Captain-Coach Jimmy Grehan has hit the ground running with several key signings to complement local talent stocks. Assisting Grehan from the sidelines will be recently anointed 2021 Group 6 Player Of The Year Jarrod Boyle.

Headlining the signings is Mounties fullback Kieran Moss. Moss is a former Penrith Panthers junior who has an extensive Super League career playing at the Bradford Bulls and Hull Kingston Rovers.
Ben Arandt and Hudson Spicer from the St George Illawarra Dragons Jersey Flegg Cup side are also making the Lions their new home in 2022.
The club haven't shying away from expectations either despite preseason still a couple of months away.
"They [signings] come with huge wraps, and we can't wait to see the lads rip in," Club president Matt Aiken told the Southern Highland News.
"There's a lot of work in front of us all, but anything less than a top three finish in 2022 will be deemed a failure."
The Lions have their presentation night on December 4 at the Mittagong RSL while preseason will commence at the Den (Mittagong Sportsground) on February 1 at 6:15pm for anyone interested in playing for the Highlands heavyweights.
They will field six teams, Ladies Tag and Tackle, Under 18's, Third Grade, Reserve Grade and First Grade. There is also an expression of interest for Girls Under 18's Tackle and people are encouraged to PM the club's Facebook page.
