Movie release: No Time to Die

The 25th installment of James Bond is coming to the Highlands this week. Bond has left service and is enjoying time in Jamaica before he is called to help rescue a kidnapped scientist.

Exhibition: Tutors of BDAS
- November 11 to 16, Bowral Gallery, 10am - 4pm
Tutors at the Bowral and District Art Society (BDAS) are being celebrated in this unique exhibition. The tutors have mentored artistic Highlanders over the years, and all bring a different style and perspective to their artworks.
Castle Handmade Crochet Open Studio Weekend
- November 12 - 14, 5 Jemima Lane, Wingello, 9am - 3pm
Crochet lovers can come to the Wingello studio this weekend. You can see lots of different projects, the workshop and all of the equipment you need to create your next crocheted treasure.
There are no appointments, you can come whenever you please! Castle Handmade owner Liz has been adding new things to the studio, so there is plenty to discover.
La Serenissima Reflections Of The Decadence And Decay Of Venice
- Until December 6, Milk Factory Gallery, 10am - 4pm
Artist Bruce Chanter brings his love of Venice to life in this new exhibition. Forty-two oil paintings and eight drawings and photographs will be featured in the gallery. The artworks will explore the history, colours and textures of the Italian city.

Bowral Markets
- November 13, Bowral Bowling Club, 8am - 1pm
Come along to one of the region's oldest markets for a wide range of stalls. Enjoy a mix of stalls offering freshly baked goods and produce, preserves, textiles, arts and crafts.
Meg Patey Ceramics Open Studio
- November 13 - 14, 67 Colo Rd, Colo Vale, 10am - 4pm
Highlanders can learn more about ceramics with this local studio. Meg has been creating and decorating ceramics for over 30 years.
The studio will open as part of the ninth annual Australian Ceramics Open Studios event. A range of products like bowls, jugs and plates will be on sale.

Loopline Pottery Open Studio
- November 13 - 14, 5 Railway Parade, Balmoral Village, 10am - 4pm
Loopline Pottery will also be open for this year's Australian Ceramics Open Studios event. Highlanders will have the chance to learn more about clay techniques and buy locally produced ceramics.
Robertson Market
- November 14, School of Arts, 8.30am - 2pm
The second Sunday of the month means the Robertson Market is back! There is a wide variety of stalls to enjoy. All money raised from the market will go back to the school.
Only double-vaccinated people can enter, and proof of vaccinations must be shown on entry.
Harper's in Bloom
- November 14, Harper's Mansion, 10am - 5pm
Have a picnic, explore the maze and admire the spectacular heritage roses at the Harper's Mansion. Attendees can also enjoy a stall from the Welby Nursery, a jumping castle and face painting.
There will also be garden displays by the Australian Plants Society, NSW National Parks, Camellia Ark and the Australian Garden History Society and the National Trust.
Mary Harper's Tearoom is open for light refreshments and there will also be food options such as a sausage sizzle and coffee cart available.

Exhibition: Land, Sea and Form
- Until November 27, CTC Robertson, Thursday and Friday from 10am - 4pm and Saturday 10am - 1pm
Highlands artist Hazel Richardson is bringing her love of nature to life in this month's exhibition in Robertson. It is a collection of acrylics and mixed media on canvas, and the paintings are for sale. The café at the centre will also be open.
Coffee sales support the centre and its community projects.
