People across the Highlands and beyond can instead enjoy the festival on February 26 and 27 at the Moss Vale Showground.
Members of the Southern Highlands Food and Wine Association decided it was best to move the event due to uncertainties about holding larger events.
The showground will have an alfresco area full of picnic grounds, restaurants, a brewers' garden and a produce marketplace.
"Already considered a must-do annual pilgrimage for food and wine disciples, the festival has been re-imagined with a wonderful new layout to make it more enjoyable than ever to engage with our growers, winemakers, chefs, distillers and brewers," said Associated President, Jean-Marie Simart.
Attendees will also be able to enjoy some live music, workshops with producers such as Osslon Salt and have the chance to look at the Porsche in Motion roadshow.
There is also a valet service for collection of wines throughout the day.
Visitors will discover producers from the Highlands like the Eden Brewery and Boozy Burgers at the festival.
The brewery is going to be offering tastings of their latest brews.
Those who have already purchased tickets for the event will either have them transferred or refunded if they cannot make it on the new dates.
Foodies can buy general admission tickets for $30 per person which includes a festival tasting glass and access to the market stalls and growers areas with live music.
The VIP experience is $150 per person which includes private parking, entry to the VIP marquee and facilities, a glass of bubbles on arrival, and preferential access to the Porsche in Motion activation and Porsche test drive bookings.
VIP ticketholders also have access to all of the market stalls and growers areas, live music and a gift box of Riedell glasses valued at $75.
Attendees can attend the event from 11am to 6pm on February 26, and 11am to 5pm the following day.
