A group of dedicated mentors who have inspired visual artists across the Highlands are showcasing their artworks in an upcoming exhibition this week.

The Bowral and District Art Society (BDAS) tutors will bring their unique styles to the Tutors of BDAS showcase at the Bowral Gallery from November 11 to 16.
Tutors at the gallery have taught Highlanders various mediums such as printmaking, Chinese brush painting, watercolours and drawing in morning, afternoon and evening classes.

The gallery wanted to celebrate the tutors' hard work and their different approaches to their artworks.
Highlanders can see the exhibition daily from 10am to 4pm.
Art lovers can also have a look at Jane Wray's exhibition Shindig until November 9.
Mrs Wray's showcase is a "knees up and happy dance" full of many colours and art styles.
Attendees must be fully vaccinated, wear a mask, check in upon arrival and practice social distancing.
