Benton Gym co-owner Lizzy Garard said that despite the current lockdown, the gym was doing well.
"We are doing live group classes online and we've got playback on demand for people who miss the classes," she said.
"It's our main focus at the moment, there has been a lot of cutbacks."
While gyms were forced to limit class sizes to 20 people in July, Benton Gym increased added more.
"We're a boutique style gym," she said.
"We could really fit 20 people per class anyway but we added more classes for people to attend.
"We also focused on hygiene and santising," she said.
Lizzy also shared some top tips to help people keep active, motivated and happy throughout lockdown.
"I advise everyone to do something active everyday," she said.
"Surround yourself with like minded people to help with motivation. This is why the online classes are so good.
"Make sure you eat well, get one to two litres of water in a day, get eight hours sleep and get in nature."
F45 Bowral studio manager Brendon Li On Wing also shared his tips on how to keep motivated in lockdown.
"Keep active and go for walks, eat healthy or work out online," he said.
"Work out or go for walks with a family member, a friend or a partner to keep motivated."
F45 Bowral also had to adapt to the lockdown restrictions to keep members motivated.
The studio recently reintroduced zoom workouts.
"Zoom classes have familiar faces, members and trainers to keep people motivates and to guide them through the workouts," Brendon said.
"We have daily and weekly prizes for our members too and we post a lot on social media too, whether it's recipes or shake ideas for lockdown.
"There's also the F45 challenge app for on demand workouts if zoom workout times don't work for members."
