A Southern Highland staple of the Highlands District Cricket Association, now they're looking to strengthen the game by training tomorrow's cricketing stars.
The Hill Top Northern Villages Cricket Club will be hosting their Master Blaster Program at Boronia Park in November.
Hilltop's junior development manager, Lucas Carpenter said it's an excellent program for the kids to learn the game of cricket.
"It's a fun activities program where the kids will learn all the basic skills of cricket," Carpenter said.
"Everyone will get a go. Batting, bowling, fielding, they'll try everything. Each kid will get at least one go of everything.
"They'll learn the skills in a simple, broken down way so they can learn from the teachings."
The Hill Top Northern Villages Cricket Club will welcome the kids and embrace them in their culture.
Carpenter said the club may not be new, but they're on the way up.
"Hilltop Cricket Club have been around for 20 years," Carpenter said.
"There's all new people at the club, with third, second and first grade represented.
"The club has funding behind it and working with Cricket NSW to get the juniors up and running to keep the future of the club looking healthy.
"Compared to when we had only one senior team, we now have three and in the future we'll be hoping to side three junior teams.
"It's a great club to come learn the game of cricket, have fun and get involved."
The Hill Top Northern Villages Cricket Club's Junior Master Blaster Program will begin on Monday, November 16 at Boronia Park.
