All current positions will become vacant and nominations are sought for the positions of president, vice president, secretary, treasurer as well as seven committee members.

The committee is looking for members with experience and a willingness to take on a leadership, mentoring role and responsibility for the following areas:
- Gallery management (includes curating and events)
- Membership management
- Marketing management
- Web design management
- Property management
- Two artist representatives (supporting curating and events)
Office bearers, committee members and current financial members are encouraged to stand.
If there is more than one nominee for a position this will be put to a vote.
