The meeting will start at 3.30pm with the agenda available from council's website the Friday prior.
Ordinary Council Meetings will continue to be held as per the current schedule on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month for the remainder of the extended council term.
Wingecarribee Shire Council reminds residents that the current four-year term of council has been extended for a further year following the postponement of all Local Government Elections by the NSW Office of Local Government until 2021.
Wingecarribee Shire Council's Mayoral positions however are opened every two years with the upcoming biennial Mayoral election to be held on September 16 2020.
The election will be held as part of an Extraordinary Meeting and will also start at 6 pm and will be the only item on the agenda.
Both positions of Mayor and Deputy Mayor will be contested. The positions will be openly voted by the sitting councillors.
All Ordinary Meetings of Council, including the Mayoral Election on the September 16, will continue to be live-streamed via Wingecarribee Shire Council's Facebook page whilst restrictions on public gatherings remain.
