Police are appealing for witnesses following an armed robbery at Mittagong RSL Club.

Officers said an unknown man - armed with a firearm - entered the club and threatened staff and patrons at about 1pm on Saturday, August 22.
Police have been told the man demanded money from a 61-year-old employee, and left the premises with cash.
Hume Police District officers attended and established a crime scene.
Several patrons and staff were in the club at the time, however no one was physically injured during the incident.
In a statement, club management thanked the community for its "well wishes and messages of concern".
"They are greatly appreciated by all of us at the club," management said.
"As this is an ongoing investigation we are unable to make any further comments at this stage.
"We'd like to let you all know the club will reopen at 11am on Sunday."
As inquiries continue, detectives would like to speak to a man who may be able to assist with inquiries.

Mittagong RSL Club has closed for the day due to a "police emergency".
Management advised customers of the closure in a post on its Facebook page.
"Due to a police emergency that took place at the club a short while ago we will be shut for the remainder of the day," the club said.
"We are currently in the process of contacting all of tonight's bookings.
"We will keep you updated on any changes to trading for tomorrow. Thank you for your understanding."
Mittagong RSL Club and Southern Highlands Police have been contacted for further comment.
A NSW Ambulance media spokeswoman said paramedics attended the scene but did not take anyone to hospital.
"[We had] reports of someone suffering shock and anxiety," the spokeswoman said.
