There are moderate traffic conditions on the highway after a tree fell onto power lines.
Sarah Dawson from Transport NSW said to allow extra time if travelling through the area.
"Endeavour Energy are on the scene," Ms Dawson said.
"The police were at the scene, but have left. There is no ETA on when the situation will be fixed.
"It is affecting traffic in that area in both directions.
"Traffic is still getting through. There is a bit of build up, but no huge delays.
"If people can avoid the area, that's great. But if not, please allow extra travel time to get through."
