The club, which is a hub for training camps and competitions, secured a grant through the state government's Stronger Community Fund in 2021.
It has taken three years to complete all of the work due to costs rising over the years and processing the grant, but it began in January, and has finished in March.
New surfaces were laid for four synthetic grass courts and four hard surface courts, on top of the club's work improving the facility.
BTC committee member David Holt said the upgrades had made a "world of difference", and the club was "very fortunate" to receive the $360,000 grant.
"Given the diversity of the club and community, it's important to offer the quality options to players," he said.
He said the courts surfaces had not been updated for close to 10 years, and had cracks and were slippery in some parts.
The feedback has been nothing but positive, he said.
"I think there's been a real appreciation of what resurfacing has done for quality of play," he said.
Along with the surfaces being updated, the courts are now also blue and green.
