It will start with the citizenship ceremony at 9am at the Marketplace Park, where 32 citizens from across the globe will be officially welcomed to the region.
This year's Local and Young Citizens of the Year, who have been nominated by the community, will also be announced and congratulated by this year's year's Australia Day ambassador for the region Robina Heard OAM.
From midday, there will be the grand parade down Berrima's main street, with the Highlands Pipes and Drums Band and The First Australian Light Horse Brigade joining the march.
Classic cars will also be driven during the parade.
There will also be activities for kids, live music and market stalls on the day in the park, and special offers from local retailers.
People can bring a picnic blanket and enjoy the day out.
