In Goulburn District Court on Monday, May 22, Judge Julia Baly set a June 6 sentencing date to allow the Department of Public Prosecutions and the defence to finalise what was described as a "large bundle of documents." The documents included a victim impact statement, the court heard.
Boland was previously granted bail on condition he reported thrice-weekly to police.
