This is the second time the product, which is Australia's first raw milk cheese, has been honoured with this title in three years, following its success in 2021.
Business owner Michael Cains said getting the top gong once again was a "a great thrill".
"We're absolutely delighted," he said.
The cheese was also awarded gold in the matured sheep milk category with an overall score of 19 out of 20, winner of the Cheeseboard Perpetual Trophy and the The Simon Johnson Perpetual Trophy for Champion Sheep, Goat, Buffalo or Camel Milk Product.
The success also follows after it won two awards at the Sydney Royal Cheese and Dairy Produce Show, and was named as a finalist in the Royal Agricultural Society's annual President's Medal in 2022.
The farmer and cheesemaker said the excessive rain in Robertson in 2022 meant sheep produced less milk in the most recent season, which made production difficult.
"It really couldn't have come at a better time these awards, hopefully the worst is behind us," he said.
It is not the only product that has brought home a medal for the dairy.
The Bloomy cheese, which is ripened by mould and becomes more buttery and intense as it ages, was awarded silver.
"We're always pleased with any medal we can get for Bloomy," Mr Cains said.
The awards were a great way to bring more traffic to the cheese and wine bar, he said.
"It's really humbling when the people in the industry agree you're doing a great job and gives the confidence to keep going," the business owner, cheesemaker and farmer he said.
