People can answer anonymous survey questions, which will be sent to the area's Bush Fire Management Committee (BFMC).
The Wollondilly/Wingecarribee Bush Fire Management Committee area spans 525,700 hectares, with 77 per cent of it being bushland, and 19 per cent being grassland.
It also encompasses national parks, which makes up 61 per cent, and state forests, which cover 3.5 per cent of the BFMC area.

Bush and grassfires can happen any time of the year, but the risk is heightened during the drier months.
Answers will be looked at as a whole so the committee can see different trends in the overall data.
Submissions will help the committee prioritise communities, resources, spaces and places in the local areas.
Personal details people submit will be used to validate submissions and enable notifications to be sent about plan updates.
Residents can have their say and make submissions until April 28 through rfs.nsw.gov.au/plan-and-prepare/managing-bush-fire-risk/bush-fire-management-committees/wollondilly-wingecarribee.
