This match was expected to be close, but it did not turn out that way with team Anderson always in control.

Team Braithwaite held a 5-3 lead after five ends, but from then on, team Anderson took control by going to a 14-5 lead after 11 ends.
They pushed the score out to 19-8 with five ends to play and there was no way they would let the opposing side get in front from that position.
Although team Braithwaite made a late rally, it was all to late and team Anderson advanced to the semifinals after a nine shot win.
