Family members and employees at Blooms of Bowral have been busy stripping roses, ensuring bouquets look their best and getting flowers ready for the official day of love.
Four delivery drivers have also been on the road non-stop.
"True love has prevailed," said business owner Michelle Clayton.
"It's a really big day."
Ms Clayton said that she had to turn off online orders yesterday so the team could manage them on the 14th.
By the time she did, there were over 100 orders waiting to be processed.
The team has been working towards the international day of love since Thursday, which made them "super organised".
Members worked their magic until Saturday, which gave them the opportunity to rest on Sunday ahead of the big day.
Ms Clayton said despite the organisation, the "girls are running around like ants" throughout the day.
Customers have the opportunity to purchase pre-made bouquets, or request a customised "designer bouquet", where florists bring the best flowers together for a unique bunch.
Buyers can suggest colour palettes and flower preferences to bring special touches to the bouquet.
"Every single local grower has been bringing us flowers, there are lots of flowers from the Southern Highlands," she said.
So far roses, the universally declared flowers of romance, have been the most sought after.
The business has gone from strength to strength since it re-opened in High Street, and has thrived during the pandemic.
"It feels good, we're back on track," she said.
The business owner said that Valentine's Day last year was quieter due to being on a Sunday, and the bushfires meant that it was difficult to source flowers in 2020.
It has also been a day of love for the business owner.
"I'm really lucky to be supported by my family," she said.
Her daughter, partner and niece have also been on deck throughout the day.
