Moss Vale Golf Club competed in the Illawarra Region A,B & C Pennants and also fielded two White Horse Cup Teams.
The A Pennants team had a convincing win over The Vale GC while both White Horse Cup teams had convincing wins against St Georges Basin and Links Shell Cove.
The C Pennants went down 3 and 2 against Port Kembla at The Grange GC. The Pennant Season continues through to March 20, then the finals which conclude on the first Sunday in April. B Pennants had a bye and they will play The Vale this Sunday.
Last Wednesday carts were allowed back on the course at Moss Vale. There was big field of 140 players and 23 players breaking par.
Rob Wade continued his winning form with 40 stableford points, David Buckland the B-Grade winner with 40 points and Michael Heyhorn winning C-Grade with a strong 42 points.
Saturday was the first Ambrose event for the year, Peter Richards and Greg Robinson were too strong with a nett 59.75 or 62 off the stick. David Tyler and Scott Winsor were runners-up with 61.25 Nett.
Monday competition was all about C-Grade with Russell Dowd and Michael Dovey showed good form with 40 points to be placed first and second in a field of 60 players.

C-Grade winner: Michael Heyhorn, handicap (24), 42 points
