The Berrima local grew up surrounded by aplacas and works alongside her family at Storybook Alpacas.
The ASANYJPC championship gives upcoming paraders and judges between the ages of 15 and 25 the opportunity to be recognised on a national level, after they have succeeded in local and state shows.
Young talent have the opportunity to showcase their parading and judging skills with beef and dairy cattle, Merino sheep, poultry and alpacas.
Ms Williams had to win the young judge competition at the Sydney Royal Easter Show before she progressed to the national round at the Perth Royal Show.
"[It was] really good to be included on the national stage with the likes of cattle and sheep," she said.
She also said the competition helped identify upcoming leaders in various agricultural industries.
"It just helps establish the next generation of not only agricultural judges, and breeders and producers, and keeps it alive for the next generation," she said.
Restrictions meant that last year's competition could not go ahead, but the 2021 competition will be held alongside this year's national finals at the Sydney Royal Easter Show in April.
Ms Williams said there was a strong agricultural presence across the Highlands and Tablelands, and the competition appealed to the next generation who would "tackle issues" in the industry.
She hoped the competition would be one of the "biggest in the country".
Ms Williams has also been responsible for husbandry duties such as vaccinating, drafting and any breeding activities.
Businesses also have the opportunity to sponsor the national competition and can learn more by emailing nationalfinals@agshowsaustralia.org.au.
