The Hot Sweet Chilli and the Hand Smoked Chipotle sauces both took out second place at the International Flavour Awards in the United States.
Kieltys Irish owner Padraic Kielty found out on October 22 and said it was a good opportunity to gain recognition on an international level.
"I thought I would chance my luck and enter some products," he said.
"It is another notch under the belt."
This is not the first time the sauces have received accolades overseas - Kieltys sauces have been awarded at the World Hot Sauce Awards in 2019, 2018 and 2017.
Kielty's BBQ and chilli sauces were also awarded first, second and third place at this year's Australia and New Zealand Mr Chilli awards.
The Highlands producer also placed first and second in this award in 2020.
The local business has also received gold in national competitions.
Kieltys won a double gold medal at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Awards in 2019 and 2018, and double gold at the Australian Fine Food Awards in the same years.
Mr Kielty said it was all about promoting and supporting local production.
"I got four different local growers in the Southern Highlands growing chilli for me," he explained.
Local producers are also growing tomatoes, herbs, green leaves and vegetables for pickling and fermenting.
The owner said Kieltys will have a new premises in Mittagong towards the end of the year or early next year, which will add another dimension to the business.
Chefs will also be invited to the new space to learn more about creating local sauces from scratch.
He also wants to encourage chefs, café owners, pubs and clubs to buy local and fresh products.
"I am a firm believer in local produce and supporting small business," he continued.
He also said there would be unique experiences for guests such as making and labelling their own sauces at the new space.
