A development application will seek consent to demolish buildings an subdivide land to create 22 residential lots and carry out works for the purpose of a road at 54-56 and 58 Robertson Road, Moss Vale.
This report presents development application 21/1890 for the Local Planning Panel's consideration and recommends determination by approval subject to conditions.
Planning Proposal to amend Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010 with regard to Clause 7.2 and the minimum lot size of subject land at Hill Road and Villiers Road Moss Vale
The purpose of this report is to seek a Resolution of Council to prepare a Planning Proposal to amend Clause 7.2 of Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010 to remove an inconsistency between Clause 7.2 requirements for subdividing dual occupancies in Zones R2 and B1 and the recently introduced Clause 4.2F minimum subdivision lot sizes for dual occupancies in certain zones.
The report also seeks to ammend the minimum lot size for the land at Hill Road and Villiers Road, Moss Vale.
It is recommended that clause 7.2 in the Wingecarribee Local Environment Plan be amended to remove an inconsistency in requirements, that the minimum lot size for the land at Hill Road and Villiers Road be amended, that the council consult with the land owners and that the planning proposal be submitter to the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment for gateway determination.
