As of July 5, residents who meet the vaccination criteria won't have to travel to Shellharbour, Wollongong or Sydney to receive the Pfizer vaccine.
Goulburn residents will either have to travel to Queanbeyan, Mittagong, Shellharbour, Nowra, Wollongong, or Sydney to receive the Pfizer vaccine.
According to a Facebook post from the Mittagong Healthcare Centre patients who fall into Phase 1a or 1b of the roll-out or who are Aboriginal or on NDIS can now book in.
A spokesperson for Mittagong Healthcare Centre said the Pfizer vaccine was strictly for patients aged 40-59.
However, the clinic is booked out for the Pfizer vaccine until late August, with the earliest appointment in September.
"We have appointments available for the AstraZeneca Vaccine six days a week. We are currently booked out for the Pfizer Vaccine until late August," the post read.
"AstraZeneca: All Patients aged 60 plus, as well as any patient aged 18-59 after consultation with one of our doctors. We have a vaccination doctor on duty at all times when giving the vaccines, so you can book for the vaccine and our receptionists will ensure you see the doctor on duty first.
"We encourage all patients to book appointments online as our phones have been exceptionally busy the past few days."

Anyone who wishes to book in must choose 'Show times for Covid-19 vaccinations' and choose between the AstraZeneca vaccine or Pfizer vaccine.
