The current ad pokes fun at border lockdowns, politicians and unites the nation with, you guessed it, lamb.
And while Australia may be united by lamb, it's Mittagong where it all came together.
The United We Lamb commercial was filmed in parts of Mittagong over three days on November 16-18.
A spokesperson from Destination Southern Highlands said they were excited to see the commercial filmed in Mittagong for Meat and Livestock Australia.
"There was quite a lot of research undertaken by the location scout and advertising agency before their application being submitted to the council for permission to film on-site," said the spokesperson.
"There were two specific locations requested and used in the ad.
"The row of shops along Station Street, Mittagong was used as the streetscape scene in the opening scenes of the commercial.
"Alexandra Square in Alice Street, Mittagong was used to erect the wall, bring the wall down and have the tank drive through.
"Scenes were filmed on either side of the wall."
So the next time you watch the ad - because let's face it, we'll all watch it more than once - see if you can spot some familiar places.
