With Covid safety measures in place, ReFrame will be able to welcome all walk ins and drop ins from October 12, 2020.
ReFrame's community engagement officer Alice Richards said the new building was a purpose built centre of care.
"We are very excited to launch our new ReFrame group programs that are starting in the next few weeks," she said.
"Our art group will begin on Wednesday October 21 at the Group Room at our previous location at 5 Wingecarribee Street Bowral and will run every week.
"We will also have high school yoga which will begin on Friday November 6 from 4:30 pm and will run for four weeks at our new location.
"Our monthly mindfulness group will also begin on Wednesday October 21 at 11 am."
Other groups that will relaunch in the upcoming weeks include the monthly LGBTQIA+ and Allies pizza and pinball night wish is hosted at The Venue on 40 Station Street, Bowral on the last Friday of the month.
The outdoor adventure and life skills group is in the final planning stages and will be announced very soon, as will our ReFramer Gamers group," Alice said.
"All groups are free and people can register by calling 0455 104 104."
The new location boasts new consultation rooms, a large meeting room where group activities will take place, a large share kitchen and a drop in area where young people can come in, study or hang out.
The previous location at 5 Wingecarribee Street, Bowral will still be used for group activities.
ReFrame is a youth mental health program in the Wingecarribee Shire aimed at helping teens between the ages of 12 to 25 who are having a tough time with stress, anxiety or worry, feelings of sadness, physical health, family, relationships and issues and work or study to name a few.
