They will take part in a 'Futureproof you' and your business presentation tomorrow (October 9).
The presentation will be held at The Loch, 581 Greenhills Road, Berrima, from 10.30am to 3.00pm and will cost $39.
It is an initiative of the Moss Vale and Rural Chamber of Commerce and provides an opportunity for people to attend the event in person or online.
Keynote speaker Dr Patrice Newell is a former television reporter and newsreader turned sustainable land manager, agricultural innovator, researcher and author.
She will share with event attendees and online viewers highlights of her journey and vision detailed in her latest book 'Who's Minding the Farm? In this climate emergency'.
Dr Newell is dedicated to developing and sharing information about the importance and benefits of improved agricultural systems, including innovations, in this era of rapid climate change. Attendees will be able to purchase Patrice's book at the event and have it signed.

Attendees and online viewers will also learn more methods on how to build resilience from other special guests including Samantha Hayesfrom Mirrool Creek who will speak on creating a lamb brand and getting the product to market, and Katrina Hill from Far Ago Hill Wines will share her knowledge on creating a quality wine tasting Agritourism experience. They will each present a case study.
All three speakers will participate in the Q&A panel discussion in Session 2.
They will be joined by Janie Forrest from Coolawarra Alpacas, Councillor, Royal Agric Society NSW and national exhibitor specialising in research and development of Alpaca fleece for emerging commercial production; Brigid Kennedy from The Loch, a thoroughbred breeder, and Lizzie Buscaino from Piccolo Farm which specialises in organic vegetable and edible flower growing.
During Session 1 wellbeing guru Carli Phillips and Katrina Sparke of Redleaf Farm, a small-scale sustainable mixed family farm, will provide tips and advice on health and wellbeing, in particular mental health, and how to build personal resilience.
In terms of farmers diversifying into Agritourism to supplement their income, Wingecarribee Shire Council will explain what opportunities exist under their Rural Tourism Policy and should you start an Agritourism business Destination NSW will explain how you can promote the experiences you offer.
TAFE NSW will provide an overview of what agriculture and equine and business qualifications and skills training is available.
Meanwhile Service NSW will explain what services are on offer to assist farmers and Agritourism operators.
A Business Connect advisor through SRBEC will explain how to access free business advisor programs and how they can assist.
