Aiming to raise more than $1,000 to support the nominated club, the team at Domino's Moss Vale hope to assist local players and hard-working club volunteers by donating $1 from every pizza sold between 11am and close on Saturday, September 26.
Moss Vale Domino's franchisee Sovit Nakarmi, and the team at Domino's Moss Vale are ready to host the 'Doughrasier' for the Moss Vale Cricket Club.
Nakarmi said the funds raised will help the Moss Vale Cricket Club purchase new equipment including bats and wickets.
"These challenging times have highlighted just how important it is to look out for your local community," Nakarmi said.
"So when the opportunity arose to help the Moss Vale Cricket Club, I was eager to offer support in any way I could.
"This Saturday, September 26, we will be donating $1 from every pizza sold to Moss Vale Cricket Club to help support community sport within the Southern Highland region.
"As a small business owner, I am passionate about giving back to the local communities in which we operate, and I feel incredibly lucky to be able to do so at this time.
"The team and I are very excited for the opportunity to give back to the local community who has always been so supportive of us. It is an absolute privilege.
"We encourage all of our customers to come down on Saturday for a slice of their favourite pizza to help us support the Moss Vale Cricket Club and it's hard-working volunteers and dedicated players. "
Domino's Moss Vale encourages any local groups, schools or sports clubs to reach out about future sponsorship and fundraising opportunities by contacting the store directly on (02) 4868 7720.
