And earlier this year, she released her debut album.
Dance to the Blue features 12 of Hannah's own piano compositions.
The pieces were recorded a couple of years ago and Hannah said it had taken the past two years to put it all together.
"I'm very proud and so happy people are enjoying it," she said.
"[The response] has been really positive."
Hannah said her favourite track on the album was Wonder.
""It takes me away to a place of peace and calm and wonder which we all need in our lives."
Working at Powerpoint Music, Hannah said she appreciated the support from many people who came into the store and her mother's music students, many of whom had a copy of her album.
Surrounded by music from a young age and "always working on something", Hannah said another album in the future was a possibility.
She currently has plenty of pieces underway that are yet to be finished.
"It's got to be in the moment, I've got to feel some emotion," she said of her creative process.
"If I feel something and it sounds beautiful, I'll build on it."
Hannah thanked her parents for their continued support.
"My mum's been a really big influence on me. She's been teaching piano since I was a little girl and listening to her teaching her students over the years, I'd want to be like her.
"My parents have been so important in my musical career. I'm so lucky and so grateful to grow up with that."
Over the years, Hannah has also learnt flute, piccolo, saxophone, clarinet and guitar, played in Jazz and Concert bands, as well as singing in choirs.
While she will continue to work on her own music, Hannah is also teaching piano at Powerpoint Music.
With about 30 students, she said she was glad the school was back up and running after the Covid shutdown earlier in the year.
"I love seeing the kids and I love inspiring the kids."
Hannah's CDs are available at Powerpoint Music, through the Powerpoint Music website.or from iTunes.
