Rod Stewart is due to perform at Centennial Vineyards on Sunday, October 25.
Roundhouse Entertainment director Michael Newton said "at this stage we do not have an update on the status of the Rod Stewart shows".
"We are working closely with Rod Stewart's team while navigating the government guidelines as to the current tour dates scheduled, but at present we are waiting for further information," he said.
Mr Newton said customers would be notified about the status of the concert as soon as possible.
"If the events are to be rescheduled, customers will be notified via email and refunds will be available for those who cannot attend a new date," he said.
"If the event is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, all ticket holders will be automatically refunded and notified via email.
"Please also be assured that all A Day on the Green events that take place will adhere to strict Government Guidelines and COVID safe protocols.
"We hope to have an update by the end of July and will notify ticket holders as soon as possible once more information is available."
Centennial Vineyards office manager Nat Dare said the winery team would welcome Stewart regardless of the date.
"We are looking forward to hosting Rod Stewart, whether it's this October or next October," she said.
Stewart also has scheduled appearances in Geelong, Victoria in October and Mt Cotton, Queensland in November.
