Subdivision at Retford Park
A subdivision in Retford Park will be discussed by councillors. The sub division on Sir James Fairfax Circuit has come before Wingecarribee Shire Council on three seperate occasions. It was previously refused by council due to the bulk and scale of the development, out of character with the surrounding development and inconsistent with the aims and objectives of the design review panel and original developer of the subdivision. A review of the determination will seek approval for the erection of dual occupancy subdivision of the lot.

The sporting hub has been designed to cater for numerous sporting codes with an outdoor amenity consisting of practice areas, playground, walking tracks, exercise stations, parking and lighting.
