How are you feeling about the sports lock down due to coronavirus?
This is a hard issue with no options. The lock down was for the betterment of every one, unfortunately.
How are you staying fit and healthy with this time off?
With a stress fracture in the foot it has been difficult so I've been contained to pottering around in the garden which has been difficult.
What do you miss and can't wait to do next playing season?
I would like to be in a winning pennant side in 2021. I would like to maintain my present form before injury, and also be able to retain my position in the grade 2 team, which is Bowral's first grade side.
Who is/was your favourite athlete growing up and how did they shape you as a player?
This is a difficult question, but looking back I have always been in team sports and I would say Tottenham Hotspurs and also the England World Cup football team that won the World Cup back in the 1950s. They played inspirational football and I had the privilege to attend one of their training sessions.

Returning to normal competitive bowls.
Best all time bowler?
Alex Marshall the Scottish international and Arron Sherriff who I rate the best in the world.
Over your playing career what have been your highlights?
From 2011 to 2016 had a great run at my former club Pennant Hills.
Won singles championships. Won two pairs championships. Won minor pairs. Won triples championship. Won three fours championships. Won champion of champion club pairs.
Biggest thrill when becoming singles champion and I beat my club coach in the final.

Back hand on shot
Squad check?
Our pennant grades need specialist leads. Too many players want to play third or skip. It is only human nature for players to think that is what you have to achieve. But any top skip would tell you of the frustration of not having bowls in the head. And a good display by the lead in pennants is vital for success.
Home ground?
Bowral greens are excellent to play on and well prepared. Also the appearance of the greens and surrounds make it a joy to play on.
Among the many others I have played at I have also enjoyed playing at Toongabbie.
