The Spuddies have a third grade side which usually would compete in the Group 7 competition.

Spuddies' coach Damien Barton said that while it was understood the Group 7 would have a first grade competition he was still uncertain about what would happen with other grades.
"We are still waiting to hear," he said.
The club is also putting its training on hold until more is known about the competition.
"We don't want to get too carried away if it doesn't happen," Barton said.
