And one initiative takes the cake.

Steph approached Harbison where the team immediately saw a great opportunity to help Steph and the residents of the aged care service.
In fact, it wasn't long before Steph was given a place on the Harbison team.
Steph joined the Harbison's Moss Vale Catering Department at the start of April and has been baking up a storm ever since.
A Harbison spokesperson said that while Harbison was closed to the public and visitors were restricted it was more important than ever to find new ways to create meaningful moments for residents.
"Steph's cupcakes are guaranteed to surprise and delight," the spokesperson said.
But the community spirit and good news does not end there.
Harbison also recently accepted a generous donation of $1500 from Matt Burke, of Matthew Burke Electricals and Chairman of the Highlands Storm rugby league club.
The Harbison spokesperson said these funds would be used by Steph to provide treats and birthday cakes for residents, lifting morale during this challenging time.
"2020 has been a challenging year for everyone in our community," they said.
"The staff at Harbison show up every day despite bushfires, floods, and pandemic because they won't let our residents down.
"Knowing the community is behind them is icing on the cake."
