The new look directory contains a comprehensive list of activities and contacts for seniors living in the Southern Highlands.
New to the directory is the inclusion of vital information to assist in navigating My Aged Care and tips on housing options for seniors.
Council's Ageing and Disability Officer Erin Adams said the new directory was an invaluable tool for the region's seniors.
"COVID-19 is having a significant impact on all parts of life at the moment," said Erin.
"At times like this, it's essential that we stay informed and connected.
"The directory provides information on a range of services including emergency and government agencies, health and transport providers, support groups and social and volunteering contacts."
An online version of the Seniors Directory can be found at www.wsc.nsw.gov.au/seniors-directory.
Hard copies will be available from multiple locations across the Shire once it is safe to do so. Local newsagents have been prioritised for distribution.
The latest edition of the Wingecarribee Seniors Directory was made possible through Council's annual budget with assistance from local advertisers.
"Special mention should also be reserved for the Seniors Community Reference Group for all their input," said Erin.
"I would remind our local community groups and organisations that should there be any changes to their group's details, to contact Council so the amendments can be incorporated in future hard copy and online editions."
