Normally held in July, the festival will now be held on November 7 - 8 across several venues within the Southern Highlands.
Organiser Michaela Bolzan said she was thrilled that the SHWF wasn't canceled.
"By November I am sure we are all going to be keen to leave our houses and come together and celebrate," she said.
The 2020 Program will be announced in September.
"I can let you in on one little secret: our Literary Lunch will feature recipes selected by the wonderful ladies from the Monday Morning Cooking Club," Michaela added.
The "Club" which consists of Lisa Goldberg, Merelyn Frank Chalmers, Natanya Eskin and Jacqui Israel from Sydney's Jewish community came together almost fifteen years ago as friends with a shared desire to uncover their food-obsessed community's heirloom recipes.
