Polar Bears winning streak ended with Dolphins scoring a win over them 6-4.
The Dolphins pulled out all their tricks to defeat the Polar Bears in a game where the lead changed on several occasions. Polar Bears lead early 2-1, at the end of the first quarter before Dolphins took the next 2-1, to level up the scores at 3-3 at halftime.

Polar Bears struck first after the break to take the lead 4-3, before Dolphins replied with two goals, to take a 5-4 lead into the final quarter. Despite having numerous chances Dolphin's goalie, Colin Hutchinson was proving to be a roadblock, turning back the Polar Bears scoring attempts.
Daniel Barnes was too hard for Polar Bears to stop, scoring five of their six goals. Dolphins scored the only goal of the final quarter to record a good and needed win after the disruptions the weather has caused to their team makeup recently.
Sharks lost to the improving Horton's Heroes 8-6 in what was a match of two halves.
Sharks came out with plenty of attacking skills in the first half, out scoring Horton's Heroes 2-1 in the first quarter and 3-1 in the second quarter to lead 5-2 at half time.
Sharks must have been feeling confident with a three goal lead. The second half was a completely different story, as Horton's Heroes weren't prepared to give the game away.
The three goal lead evaporated quickly in the third period, with three unanswered goals to make it 5-5 going into the last quarter. Sharks were only able to find the net once in the last period while Horton's Heroes managed three more goals for the 8-6 win.
In B grade Oxley Gold won 10-3 against an under strength Polar Bears.
The Polar Bears were hit with a number of players being unavailable on the night. Oxley Gold on the other hand, has been playing exceptionally well. The combination of these factors meant the result was never in doubt.
Oxley gold built their lead steadily through out the match while the Polar Bears defence was tested throughout the match, six goals in the first half to nil told the story. Polar Bears effort in keeping the second half score to 4-2 was a good one.
Horton's Heroes 10 were too strong for Smugglers 2.
The first quarter was even, 1-1, as would be predicted from these teams that have both been going well.
From here it was Horton's Heroes who began to assert themselves. Smugglers ball control was letting them down and Horton's Heroes were ready to pounce on any mistake and turn it around into a goal.
They took the second quarter 3-1 for a 4-2 half time lead.
This was as close as Smugglers got, Horton's Heroes increased the lead by two in the third period, to take their lead out to six to two. The final period was all Horton's Heroes, as they fired in four unanswered goals to give the final 10-2 result.
Oxley Blue also defeated Dolphins 4-2 in a tight match.
The scores were locked 1-1 at the end of the first quarter and stayed that way until halftime, after a 0-0 second period of play.
The break was good for Oxley Blue, as they came out and scored two unanswered goals to pinch a 3-1 lead at the end of the third quarter.
It was the break that proved the difference in the match, both teams scored a goal in the final quarter for the final 4-2 score line.
