Council's youth liaison officer Michelle Williams said the event was an opportunity for locals to witness some of our Shire's brightest rising stars.
"On show will be a number of great young acts showcasing their talents for all to enjoy," she said.
"We've got a variety of local young talent secured for the afternoon with something that's sure to appeal to everyone," she said.
The Bowral Plugged at the Pool follows the Summer Garden Sounds event held last December in Moss Vale's Leighton Gardens.
"The feedback from both patrons and artists at our earlier gig was extremely positive," she said.
"I encourage everyone to come out and support our local youth and witness some truly gifted musicians."
"Apart from showcasing some of our Shire's amazing talent, these types of events are also an opportunity for our young artists to get a taste of what may be their first live audience."

"And if we get the public's continued support for these types of concerts we can hopefully continue to bring them back and make them a regular event."
Plugged at the Pool will be held at Bowral Swimming Centre on Friday 24 January from 3pm to 6pm.
Council's Whale Tail pool toy will also be operational for the duration of the event. Normal pool entry costs apply.

The event will be alcohol and drug-free and will be fully supervised.
