The omission of Station Street and the Berrima deviation on the program presented to council on August 28 were highlighted by Councillors Garry Turland and Ian Scandrett.
A bi-annual progress report for the period from 2017-2021 was presented at the council meeting.
The document reveals that at the end of June, 97 of 100 objectives were 'on-track', three were 'delayed', none were classified as 'needs attention', and there were none 'on-hold' or considered 'critical'.
Enhanced access to telecommunications networks, programs to progress Moss Vale Enterprise Zone and establishment and expansion of clean industries were classified as 'delayed'.
Cr Scandrett said that "generally speaking the organisation is kicking its goals but on certain projects I continue to have concerns."
He said he had concerns about the Berrima Road deviation project - where a $4.6 million grant had to be "handed back" - and the delivery of the Station Street upgrade.
Councillor Garry Turland brought up similar issues with items "not mentioned in the report".
"I look in these documents and I cannot find things that I thought should be in the delivery program which is Station Street [and] the Berrima deviation," he said.
However, council's group manager of corporate and community Danielle Lidgard said those projects were listed.
"The Delivery Program is supported by the Operational Plan. Those projects are listed in the operational plan which we report to the finance committee," she said.
Cr Turland said it was revealed six items needed attention in a finance meeting the week before but they were not included in the progress report.
In the document the objective to 'partner with agencies to plan and deliver a program of road upgrades, renewals and maintenance' was classified as 'on track'.
