Petrol prices remain unchanged in Mittagong, which currently sits at an average of 1.48 cents per litre, while diesel prices have slightly decreased and are 149.2 cpl from 149.5 cpl.
Fuel in Moss Vale is slightly cheaper, with the average price of petrol 139.0 cpl, a slight decrease from the previous week which saw prices at 141.00. The cost of diesel remains unchanged with an average price of 149.7 cpl.
The average price of E10 petrol in Sydney is currently 1.27 cpl, while the average price of diesel is 145.2 cpl. However these prices are expected to increase by 20 cents in the next week according to the latest report by the NRMA.
Global factors such as the increase of Mogas 95, the key petrol benchmark in Australia, by 0.2 cpl, as well as on going tensions with the US-China trade war and rising oil prices are contributing to the petrol price increase.
