He said it was minus two in Robertson when he took this photograph.
The freezing conditions provided a chilly crunch under foot as the leaves on the ground in his back yard were covered by frost.
Frost is formed by the condensation of atmospheric water vapor on a surface when the temperature of the surface is below 0°C.
The visible result of a frost is usually a deposit of minute ice crystals formed on exposed surfaces from dew and water vapour.
