Authentic cuisine
How does authentic Asian food sound?
This is what Catering At Your Place specialises in.
With authentic yum cha, Indian and Vietnamese recipes, the catering business brings fresh food to its client's homes.
Owner Vicki Bonneville previously lived in Hong Kong for four years, where she fell in love with Chinese food.
"What I love about Chinese food is it encompasses a huge area, the different styles and flavours. I love the little bits of eating and sharing food," she said.
"I think my foods fit into that ethos of sharing."
Ms Bonneville, who has clients in the Highlands, said she intended to make the move to the area from Sydney.
